"I CAN'T GET INTO THE SITE, WHAT DO I DO?"

The are a couple of reasons that you may not be able to enter my site. The biggest reason is that the username and password are case sensitive. If you signed up the username "aaaah" and the password "ohhh", it will not work if you type in "Aaaah" and "OHHH". The gray box will keep popping up until you go nuts. You can look up lost passwords below. The other reason is that your membership has expired (30 days goes quicker than you think!) If you happen to have the email that the billing company sent you, please look at the date. If it has expired, you can rejoin my site by clicking here.

If all else, fails, please send me an email letting me know your username, subscription number (if you have it), and the nature of the problem or send a message via or support page Please don't send me a one line email saying "Fix this". It will take longer for me to correct the problem because I have to try and find you, then see what's going on. If there is a problem with the site, please let me know right away. I promise I will do everything I can to make it right. Don't email me saying that you have had problems for the last two weeks, yet never bothered to tell me. I want you to get your money's worth out of my site.
